Description
A Detroit hat with three digits stitched on the front panel: 313, the area code that has covered the city since 1947. It is embroidered rather than printed, so it holds its edge through a summer of wear and a winter of being shoved in a coat pocket. No logo, no mascot, no borrowed mark.
The blank is a Richardson 112, which is the trucker cap most people already own without knowing the model number. Structured six-panel crown, mesh back that actually breathes, and a Permacurv visor that arrives with the right bend so you are not shaping it yourself. The snapback adjusts across a wide range, so one size genuinely does fit most heads.
Four dark colourways — black, black/charcoal, black/white and charcoal/black — all chosen because white thread reads cleanly against them. Each cap is embroidered to order in the USA after you buy it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing goes to waste.
