Description
Detroit clothing does not need a mascot on it. This sweatshirt carries a date instead: DETROIT EST. 1701, the year Antoine de la Mothe Cadillac landed on the strait and put up Fort Pontchartrain. That makes the city older than the country it sits in, which is the sort of fact worth wearing plainly.
The blank is a Gildan 18000 crew neck, printed direct-to-garment. It is air-jet spun for a softer face than standard fleece, properly heavyweight, and ribbed at the collar, cuffs and waistband so it keeps its shape through a winter rather than going shapeless. Black, navy and dark heather all read well under white type.
Each one is made to order in the USA after you buy it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means no leftover inventory and less waste. Expect a few extra days before it ships.
This is an original design. Detroit Outfit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any sports team or league — we make apparel about the city itself.
